The installation will utilize 2,296 Canadian So l a r 2 2 5P PV modu l e s t o powe r Giumarra Vineyard’s main production and cold storage facility. Giumarra Vineyards Corporation president Sal Giumarra said this installation is a significant milestone in its sustainability program and an effort to reduce electricity consumption throughout growing and packing operations.

HelioPower provided design, engineering, construction, and utility commissioning for the ground mounted agricultural solar installation which was commissioned in September 2011.
