MEthOd OF payMEnt Open Accounts: Terms are 2% 20 DAYS, NET 30. Invoices not paid within our terms are subject to a 2% per month finance charge (when allowed by law). If preferred, orders may be paid by credit card (VISA ® , MasterCard ® , American Express ® ), or on a C.O.D. basis.
baCK OrdErS Back orders in excess of $10.00 in value will automatically be shipped unless otherwise specified. All back-ordered and canceled merchandise is noted on your invoice. ShipMEntS All shipments are F.O.B. Fond du Lac, WI. Unless otherwise specified, all merchandise will be shipped via most economical carrier. Drop-shipments are sent F.O.B. manufacturer’s location (if sent via motor freight, you may be required to pay transportation charges upon delivery). rEturnS No return of merchandise will be accepted without an authorization number issued by our customer service department. If calling for authorization, please have your order or invoice number available. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned merchandise (unless item is defective, damaged upon receipt, or was shipped in error). Credit will be issued after merchandise arrives in our warehouse.

Fax (1-920-922-4986) or Mail Orders may be faxed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. List your account number, address and phone number, along with the quantity, style number, and description of each product on your order. There is a $25.00 handling fee for all returned checks. Delinquent accounts will be shipped on a C.O.D. basis after prior balance is paid in full. New Accounts: Allow one to two weeks for credit approval process. If shipment is required prior to credit approval, consider credit card or C.O.D. in the interim.
