Configures MAAS360 (including email/exchange wireless network) Unlock iPad allows the end user to install software applications and updates Standard Apps included on iPad as received.

IT Management and Support: Application Purchases: • Place a Service Desk Request for post installation business related Apps (Gerrad for the actual purchase) • Charge back purchases to departments The Service Desk will assist with support but the Telecommunications Division will be the primary: • Track and manage iPads with centralized software package Ability to maintain inventory of iPads and installed software Ability to manage software by uninstalling “unauthorized” applications Ability to track iPads • Required password with 5-minute auto-lock (Automatic with MAAS360) • iPad Policy will forbid “Jail Breaks” • Wipe lost or stolen iPads with either Exchange or centralized package • Service Desk will support approved apps • Service Desk will support Email • Service Desk will support network connectivity • Wireless network will support authenticated permissions for internet access IT Support and Network fees: • Please refer to the IT Department’s Service Catalog for current fees as they are adjusted periodically.

Personal iPad Device Support : •

Provide exchange setup information via instructions only. (MAAS360) • Provide public Wi-Fi information
