Return iPad & all components to Rollout AFTER WIPED Sign on customer Date: Returned Date Scanned in by Rollout Staff

The IPad should be “tagged” with confirmation of wipe and all accessories are in cluded. The initials of the staff wiping should appear on the tagging.

ENFORCMENT AND COMPLIANCE

Enforcement and Compliance of this policy will be the responsibility of the City of Greensboro’s IT Department, Telecommunications/VOIP division.
