• If a new MFP or plotter is to be installed for a department, the IT staff will coordinate the installation with the vendor.

• Report any malfunction of a leased printing device to the IT Service Desk at (336) 373-2322 as soon as possible. In general leased printers and plotters are acquired with the department’s unde rstanding that the Service Desk cannot support printers and plotters not covered under a leased warranty.

• If a department has an MFP or plotter installed all service issues should be reported to the IT Service Desk at (336) 373-2322, not to the vendor.

COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT Any employee who is found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the IT Projects Manager at (336) 373-7739.
