• The Information Technology Department may randomly survey Tier II departmental end users on service standards within the department.

• Two (2) consecutive Tier II audit failures in which the department is non-compliant with the established agreement standards will result in the removal of Tier II status.

• Failure to comply with the Tier II Policy will result in the removal of Tier II status.
