Membership Membership is free and anyone can join the City’s libraries. To become a library member, please visit your local library to complete a membership form. Please bring along: • A government-issued photo ID which includes a signature, and • Written proof of your residential address, such as a utility bill. • If you are under 18 years of age, you will need to bring a parent or guardian with you. Your City of Stirling library card can be used at all City libraries. To begin the process you can register your details via the City’s website and start reserving your items today. What’s on Libraries offer a wide range of services, events and programs. These range from computer and English language classes to homework help, free internet access and visits from guest authors and speakers, Books on Wheels services and story time sessions for babies and pre-schoolers.
