A local cover to Harbin , bearing Chairman Mao 2nd surcharged on Chairman Mao 1st print green surcharged $10 on $2 (Yang NE77) and Chairman Mao 2nd print $20 (Yang NE87) tied by char. ‘HARBIN’ cds, with a few punch holes.
