ingredients 2 cups of silted flour 4 tbsps baking powder ½ cup sugar 1 egg 1 cup of milk 2 tbsps melted Crisco 1 cup of blueberries – fresh or frozen

directions 1. Combine dry ingredients and sift into a bowl. 2. Add egg and milk and fat and stir till smooth. (I mix all but melted butter fat. Then when batter mixed, will add the fat till smooth - Nana). 3. Grease muffin tin. Be sure to get muffin tin greased thoroughly. Fill cups ¾ full. 4. Bake 375 degrees in oven till done about 30 min. Enjoy!
