Artichoke Appetizer Prep time Cook time Ready in Serves

ingredients 14 oz. can of artichokes 1 cup of mayonnaise 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup chopped onion Dash of garlic, salt, white pepper 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs 2 tablespoons of margarine (or butter)

directions 1. Drain and mash artichoke hearts in colander. 2. Mix all ingredients – except bread crumbs and marga- rine. 3. Place in quiche or pie pan, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with margarine. 4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 min. Yummy!
