ingredients 1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 1/3 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup milk 1 egg 1 Tbls snipped parsley 1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp worchester sauce 1/4 cup shortening

directions 1. Mix the 1st 8 ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Melt shortening in large skillet. 3. Form balls, brown, drain fat. 4. Heat Chile sauce and jelly in a pan stirring constantly until jelly is melted. 5. Add meatballs and stir until coated. 6. Transfer everything to a crockpot and let it simmer on low.

dressing:

12-oz mild chili sauce 1 10-oz jar grape jelly
