ingredients 2 lbs. ground pork

2 cans of tomato soup ¾ cups of regular rice Mashed potatoes

directions 1. Mix pork and Rice. 2. Shape into meatballs.

3. Place in tomato soup in a pan and simmer 30-40 min. 4. Served with mashed potatoes (and yellow waxed beans). This was Les’s favorite meal! It seems so easy, and yet it is sooo delicious! Mary Stewart: Of course, I would tweak this fabulous recipe by making it with turkey and brown rice! Sandy: takes handful an d a half of rice while toockig an extra cup or cup and a half and throw into mixture so tha to make it thicker vs runy (sandy uses instant) instant makes it go quicker - cooks within 15 min or 20
