ingredients 1 ½ lbs. of ground beef 1 cup uncooked instant rice

directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 large onion, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ cup of beef broth 1 jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce (divided) 6 large green peppers, cored

2. In a skillet, sauté beef, rice and onion in oil for 5 min. Add salt, pepper, broth, and 1/1/4 cups of Ragu Italian cooking sauce. 3. Cover and simmer 5 min. Simmer peppers in water for 5 min. 4. Drain and fill with beef-rice mixture. 5. Place peppers in a buttered (or sprayed with Pam) baking dish and spoon over remaining sauce. Bake 10 min.
