directions 1. Pan fry pork chops. Fry until chops are brown, add water. 2. Dice potatoes about 3 to 4 inches in size. Precook potatoes until they are almost cooked, then add pota- toes to broth until brown. 3. Claudette used to do this in an electric fry pan…it is wonderful!
