ingredients 2 cups diced peeled apples (about 3/4 pound) 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon of honey 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
directions 1. Wash and dice the apples and vegetables. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine. 3. Enjoy with torilla chips, or add to sandwiches for a crunch!
