Cinnamon French Toast Bake

ingredients 1 French Bread Loaf 8 eggs 2 Cups Milk 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 cup sugar. 2 apples - peel on or off Cinnamon - shaker 4 Tbls - butter Cinnamon/Sugar - approx. 1/2 cup sugar and 1 Tbls. Cinnamon

directions 1. Grease a 9x13 pan. Cut french bread loaf into thick slices and jam into a pan. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. 2. Beat eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar together. Pour half of the egg mixture on the bread. Slice fresh apples on top. Mix some cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle on top. Pour on remaining egg mixture. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and dot with butter. 3. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
