Provide supporting documentation that the urban water supplier made the plan available for public inspection, published notice of the public hearing, and held a public hearing about the plan. The water supplier is to provide the time and place of the hearing to any city or county within which the supplier provides water. Provide supporting documentation that the plan has been adopted as prepared or modified. Provide supporting documentation that the urban water supplier has submitted this UWMP to the California State Library. Provide supporting documentation that the urban water supplier has submitted this UWMP to any city or county within which the supplier provides water no later than 30 days after adoption. The plan, or amendments to the plan, submitted to the department shall be submitted electronically. Provide supporting documentation that, not later than 30 days after filing a copy of its plan with the department, the supplier has or will make the plan available for public review during normal business hours.
