Section 7. Effective Date; Posting. Pursuant to California Water Code Section 376, this Ordinance shall constitute a water conservation program and shall be effective upon adoption, within ten ( 10) days of its adoption, this ordinance shall be published once in a newspaper of general circulation which is printed, published, and circulated in the City of Morgan Hill. THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE WAS INTRODUCED AT A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL HELD ON THE 5"' DAY OF AUGUST 2015, AND WAS FINALLY ADOPTED AT A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL HELD ON THE 2" d DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2015, AND SAID ORDINANCE WAS DULY PASSED AND ADOPTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
