Evacuation

Q On hearing the alarm signal (unbroken tone) leave the building as quickly as possible. Q Follow the exit and emergency exit signs. (See also the evacuation plans in the stairwells and at the entrance of the building) Q Do not use the lifts. Q Go to the assembly point to register with your access badge together with others present in the building. Q Contractors and visitors should go with the build- ing’s employees to the assembly point. Q If the building is already empty, go to the assem- bly point of the site concerned (see floorplan) and register using your access badge. Q Drivers and lorry drivers should leave their vehi- cles.
