THOMAS T EW | S I N G L E B A R R E L R U M Each batch is aged individually and the barrels are never blended to allow a full and unadulterated expression – i.e. certain batches may have a stronger vanilla profile; some may be smokier due to the char level of that particular barrel. The wash was fermented, triple pot distilled and aged for a minimum of two years in neutral barrels. After aging, the bottles are hand-labeled, corked and sealed. # 3 0 1 0 9 5 7 0 DARROZ E ARMAGNACS D O M A I N E D E L A P O S T E 1 9 7 8 Marc Darroze mainly sources from the region once known as the Grand Bas-Armagnac, but he has found gems in the Ténarèze such as Domaine de La Poste. The 1980 vintage was named the #1 spirit of 2015 by F. Paul Pacult. The newly released 1978 vintage from the same Domaine was bottled in January 2018 at 40 years of age. # 3 0 1 9 9 5 9 0 OSOCA L I S D I ST I L L ERY | A P P L E B R A N D Y Founded in the early 1990's by Dan Farber, one of the Godfather’s of American craft distilling, Osocalis is an artisanal distillery located in Soquel, California. While their estate apple orchard matures, the brandy is produced from over a dozen varieties of apples grown in Northern California. While the base cider is reminiscent of ciders from the Basque coast, Osocalis uses the traditional French Alambic distillation and aging techniques of Calvados. It takes nearly a decade in barrel to soften and supple to bring forth the apple character. WINE ENTHUSIAST, 92 Points! # 3 0 1 0 9 7 4 8

A bold, pungent wine offering an old school-influenced profile of dark stone fruit, black olive, herb, tobacco and licorice. Cool and savory, but with considerable depth, the Armé is another knock-out wine from winemaker Scot Bilbro. This is a very serious, value-priced California Cabernet. VINOUS, 92 Points! # 3 0 1 9 6 0 7 1 AV I GNONE S I R O S S O D I M O N T E P U L C I A N O 2 0 1 5 Delicately spiced, with intense aromas of red berry fruits, leather, tobacco, earth notes and a vibrant structure. The flavor is smooth, complex and long lingering. Nine months in oak and a minimum of three months in the bottle. WINE SPECTATOR, 90 Points! # 3 0 1 8 2 6 1 5 TR I TON T I N T A D E L T O R O 2 0 1 6 This beauty, inky purple in color, offers up notes of graphite, forest floor, blackberry and cassis in a full-bodied, pedal-to-the-metal, long, rich and concentrated style. The wine matures for 18 months in 1-3 year old Burgundy and Bordeaux barrels. WINE ADVOCATE, 94 Points! # 3 0 1 9 2 1 5 7
