I. The Role of the Multiple Team Leader.

A. To _____________ church plant leaders and teams through faithful prayer and

on-going communication of positive affirmation.

B. To be _____________ to counsel and offer on-going input to church plant team

leaders upon the team leaders or city director’s request.

C. To _______________ that teams are implementing their charter through a regular

process of strategic review. To insure that teams are both avoiding pitfalls and seeing

new opportunities as they work towards their God-given vision.

1. The review process (PWR) is formal and should last a minimum of one day in a setting that refreshes.

2. The review process is done a minimum of three times a year.

3. The review includes:

a. Evaluating the teams health and insuring that relationships are solid.

b. Making sure the team is clear on their vision and values and is implementing cross-cultural church planting principles.
