Sean, I only knew it’s related to gusset/bracket/bolt issues. Not sure details of issue except received HOK’s redesign. That’s why our price raised up $67,500 from quote R20 to R22. And Spearhead should charge SWJV for it because this is new issue due to steel error. Thanks,

I completely misunderstood the issue, this is related to the gusset plates? I was under the impression from our conversations and with the architect that this was related to the bolts being installed backwards. I thought that you had to adjust the mold because we didn't have clearance behind. It seems like we are addressing the #2 item not the #3 on the attached email correspondence. If that is the case, then the gusset plate issue is something that cannot be revised and we need to move forward and create the molds. I believe this has been standard since the beginning of the project and won't be back-billable to SWJV. Thank you for the clarification. Unfortunately, these will have to be created.
