The email below mentions cost cuts, but as we have mentioned there may be a lesser cost with the GFRG vs GYP - materials, but the overall change means slightly more framing, significantly more finishing which then means more labor. This will surely increase the cost of these tasks, but Spearhead has not requested any change orders to offset these costs. This helps us meet the aggressive schedule by not waiting on Plasterform to deliver the materials in Q1 and Q2 2020 to finish the project. I do not want this to be lost in future conversations.
