Brian, Spearhead has not been paid for a single hour of premium time or overtime since beginning this work in mid August. Spearhead has now waited for 3 months to be paid for Premium / Overtime work in excess of $46,955.69 and we working on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. Brian we must pay Union dues, weekly, and you are harming Spearhead by delaying payment. At your direction, Spearhead performed the work at Premium/OT. As required, Spearhead submitted the Extra Work Order for signature, daily. In this attachment, Spearhead included all the signed Work Orders and Daily Reports, indicating individuals by name, worker level and hours worked. Separately, Spearhead submits daily sign in sheets with employee name and hours. In August, SWJV asked Spearhead to ALSO enter time into the SWJV Procore daily report system. Monthly, Spearhead submits Certified Payroll with each employee name, hours and time. In addition to Spearhead Daily Reports, you have three additional reporting systems verifying Spearhead work. In the absence of a SWJV Extra Work Form, Spearhead used its own form. If you did not like the layout of our form, Spearhead would have gladly changed it 3 months, ago. Surely this is not the first time you've reviewed our submission. By the time we receive payment for work Spearhead completed, we will once again be waiting for payment for over 120 days . By any standard, this is unacceptable , particularly given that all the information required by contract is included in the attached PDF. Spearhead performed the work, provided the required information and has bills to pay. Brian, kindly submit payment of this invoice, ASAP.
