This is additional, directed, work with tickets to support and all the necessary back-up. Not only do we not have an approval and indication that this will be in the 1st to 15th requisition (opening tomorrow), but no-one from SWJV has even responded to the email. My next step would be to send all SWJV management an email indicating that there is a 'freeze' on any additional work for this project. If we do not receive payment for work performed within 30 days, Spearhead will not perform any work outside of the contract work scope. Regardless, if they request Spearhead to perform additional work, it has to be put in writing to me no less than 2 days before the event. We will then determine if this work can be performed based upon the outstanding CO's. We only have a few small extra work directives, this really shouldn't be a problem for their team to get this together. There are 7 SWJV people on this correspondence.
