Hi John- quick update: Gary has been on site all day. They have the wall installed, rocked on both sides. Now they are straightening the ceiling grid so they can tie into the wall. Earlier, they were wrestling w duct hits but Gary didn’t mention in last update so they must have figured out solution. Once the grid is done, we’ll let everyone know the framing is ready for lights. Based on Shops, B&G may have one more row to install. I THINK that’s all that will be needed to close up after inspections, tomorrow.

I was with Sean for some time earlier reiterating the plan for the GFRC covers. The plan for the lights and I gave direction to the electrician for the receptacles. I gave Gary some wiggle room for cutting the GFRC bottoms, so the Spearhead carpenters Do not to ask for dimensional approval within each column bay.
