That's ok, we can submit a "true up" showing that we did not bill correctly. They should make that up. We'll have to review the contract regarding changes to labor rates. There may be a loop hole. He was instructed they would only reimburse the differential on the contract C.1 and not the price increase that occurred January 1st for Carpenters and Tapers. With all the OT and 2nd shift, adding to exceeding budgeted hours, this price differential does little to help Spearhead stay above water. *Vacation and PAT on Tapers is 1.5x on OT; Vacation is 1.5x and 2x on Lathers. NOTE: Spearhead does properly pay this in Fringe to the unions, so CP is correct; unfortunately Spearhead is not getting the moneys it should. Calculations were missed in my haste to get this to him thinking we'd be reimbursed in a timely manner... Rosanne F.
