Spearhead Summary of Back Charges

On average, SWJV issued Back Charges (BC) nine months after the initial occurrence of an item or event. Notwithstanding the untimely BCs, Spearhead does not dispute BCs worth $7,570 and agrees to revised, erroneous BCs amounting to $19,205. The combined values total $26,775. Spearhead disputes all BCs without legitimate supporting documentation. Said differently, SWJV would never accept a request for payment using any of these documents as proof or evidence for payment.
