PROJECT SCHEDULE

Subcontractor acknowledges the specific schedule requirements in the Subcontract and Contract Documents and recognizes that TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE FOR THE WORK. It is expected that Subcontractor will perform its Work in accordance with the Project Schedule, as it may be revised and amended from time to time by Contractor. The start and finish dates, activities, activity durations, activity logic/relationships, sequence of work, coordination with contiguous trades, and coordination with Owner’s separate Contractors shall be as set forth in or reasonably implied from the Project Schedule, which, along with the additional information set forth in this Exhibit D , shall serve as the contractual baseline for Subcontractor’s performance. Subcontractor shall provide within thirty days of the Effective Date a detailed Subcontract schedule that is coordinated with and complies with the Project Schedule, this Exhibit D, and the other Contract Documents, achieves the specific target dates and key activity durations set forth therein, and efficiently and timely accomplishes the scope of Work. Subcontractor shall provide necessary crews and resources as required to support the Schedule. See Subcontract Exhibits X, X1, and X Supplements - Site Requirements and Logistics, associated specific logistic plans, and any attachments to this Exhibit D for additional work flow expectations, sequencing requirements, and Schedule nomenclature. Target dates identified below may shift. Subcontractor pricing shall allow for a 60 day shift in start and finish dates without overall impact to Subcontract Price. Subcontractor also acknowledges and agrees that Contractor may direct a re-sequencing of Subcontractor’s major activities in any given area of the Project in order to maintain the overall progress of the DB D&C Work.

Activities identified in the Schedule are general in nature and may not reflect all work activities required for Subcontractor’s scope of Work.
