SUBJECT: Construction Change Directives RE: Additional work at 3rd floor escalator pit Dear Frank:

We were verbally directed at our jobsite meeting 10/8/2019 by Brian Mock of SWJV to perform the following work which is outside our original Scope of Work: Install a (3) hour rated wall along the East and South walls in lieu of poured concrete as shown on detail #1 and #2 on drawing A47-60-00-00-00 CONCOURSE B - ENLARGED SECTIONS - RATED SOFFIT @ PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE Rev.1 markup (Rider D issue). This cost is complete and includes the labor and materials needed to perform this work in accordance with the contract documents and specifications. Inspections to be scheduled by SWJV. Due to the limited schedule of performing this work before the escalator is being installed on October 24th 2019, Spearhead Construction LLC has already committed the materials and manpower to complete this work. Please review this lump sum cost for services and confirm that you agree to the additional cost. We can then proceeed. If you have any questions, please call at your earliest convenience.
