LGA - PBB - Schedule Sean Wed 10/23/2019 9.41 AM To: Mock, Brian ; Trause, Zachary ; Bilgen, Murat ; Corallo, Frank ; Andee ; Gary Cc: Zach The next few weeks seem to be very packed with items that need to be considered/accomplished. I understand that the project is a difficult one and everyone is working to the best of their abilities, but it appears that we are in now desperate need of documenting upcoming milestones. The SWJV team is probably very tired of hearing about Spearheads constant requests for a schedule, but our production is down and we need to understand what areas to focus on in advance. It is more important than ever to document this. We should be receiving these at every meeting. Here is what I have from our meeting about the schedule for the next 2 1/2 weeks: 10/22: 4th floor elevator enclosure approved to close up. Spearhead working on 3rd floor to complete before the escalator goes in. 10/23: Receive Plasterform delivery at J Supor. Spearhead working on 3rd floor to complete before the escalator goes in. 10/24: Confirm shipment at J. Supor. Escalator is coming in. Last minute items before closed up. SWJV inspections. 10/25: Receive at site shipment from Plasterform. All of the GFRG capitals will have been received, we can begin installing the B6 column line mock-up. Assuming 2nd floor elevator enclosure will be ready to close up. 10/26: Receive delivery of the rest of the materials from Kamco for the 3rd floor. This includes the Hi-impact board needed at the mechanical room. 10/28: HVAC units being set. Spearhead has to have the material off of the pads for installation. 10/28 - 10/30: Build fabrication workshop for Panelmax. Very important that we have the electric run to the workshop. 10/31 - 11/1: Panelmax and related materials will be delivered. Very important that this gets on the bridge by or before Monday 11/4. * There is a moratorium on deliveries 10/30-11/1* 11/4 - 11/6: Set up and Training for Panelmax. Begin fabricating the center column pieces. Should look to take delivery of the GFRC base pieces to complete the mock-up. 11/6-11/10: Continuing with Truss enclosures. Please indicate if specific BOH work areas should be focused on. 11/11: Site Closed Please review this and add/revise as you see fit. I have to indicate the delivery for Friday with Kamco for 3rd floor. Also please confirm that we are authorized to work after hours and weekends up to 11/10/19.
