Spearhead received SWJV correspondence, dated October 30, 2019, to Spearhead’s Follow Up to Written Directive, dated October 24, 2019. Please see the following comments to the points raised, or addressed, for further clarification. Rider C to Rider D The credit for the East wall will be sent via separate cover. As of November 4, 2019, this work is incomplete. Spearhead will remit the additional cost and credit upon completion of work.

Schedule Despite initially requesting a schedule in January 2019, Spearhead only received a copy at the end of June 2019, as a term of the Back of House (BOH) Change Order. In early July 2019, Spearhead attended Last Planner “Pull Sessions” with other trades and has yet to receive an updated schedule as a result of those meetings, despite repeated inquiries. Spearhead is baffled that requests for a current schedule are met with such resistance. In addition to participating during the Pull Sessions, Spearhead has furnished SWJV with multiple work plans including a full project schedule for Base Bid Level 4 work (February 11, 2019 and May 15, 2019), a schedule for the BOH work which accompanied the contract, and color-coded “heat maps” of sequencing plans regarding GFRG/C deliveries and installation. In fact, the June 2019 schedule referenced by SWJV, is of little use with the majority of related work areas being inaccurate. For this reason, Spearhead is forced to operate in a reactive manner.
