Andee – Just as follow up to yesterday’s training, above is the applicable provision from the PLA which indicates that CBA wage rates are adjusted to account for the newly renegotiated CBA’s. In other words, the rates from the CBA in effect at that time apply. The Carpenter’s CBA on the Buildings side will expire the end of this month. As far as I know, a new re-negotiated CBA has not been finalized. Thank you.
