Being that this is slightly left open to interpretation, I don't see any reason we can't begin mobilization the end of February so that we can get going March 1.  Additionally, we should be able to work directly behind the SOFP getting all of our framing in place without having to wait for a month.  But, interior finishes as part of our contract means we can technically finish our level 5 by the end of December.   It seems like if we can start in April, there is no reason we can't finish this in time.  The major setback would be the deliveries of the Plasterform.  We'll discuss today.   Sean Reed Project Manager Spearhead Construction, LLC MBE | WBE | SDVOB | SDVOSB | PANYNJ | NYCSBS Sean@SpearheadCx.com Ph: 631.793.7422

Botelho; Xian (Shane) Hu; Dolan, John; Piscopo, Vincent; Scandariato, Frank; Gary; Sean Subject: RE: Pedestrian Bridge B GFRG/GFRC Fabrication & Delivery Schedule Andee, Regarding schedule, we are still on track for what was provided in the Letter of Intent, Item 5 (ref: attached). · March 2019 – Start Install Angles, clips, hangers, etc. prior to SOFP · April 2019 – Start Install of interior framing, GFRG/GFRC, drywall partitions · December 2019 – Interior Finishes Complete. When we begin weekly meetings we can start to iron out the schedule details and coordinate with the other trades onsite. As for submittals, Plasterform GFRG/GFRC shop drawings have been submitted as a high priority and if required we will set up a page turn with the Architect and make sure they come back at as Approved as Noted.
