Jason, Thanks for coming out to meet us at the site yesterday. I have attached a few items for you; a marked up plan with basic dims showing the area we need to cover, a section showing that we are up against a sloping roof, and the basic drawings for reference. Also, attached is the dropbox link for additional files. To summarize: We are going to be installing clips and subframing in June. This will go on before the SOFP. Once that's complete, we will need to install our hung ceilings and soffits. The work we're concerned with is above the escalator. The clips will mostly go to the underside of the deck, so approx 6-7' below the deck for the first round is what we would want. We would then need to drop the platform down about 9-10 feet to install the track and gyp board ceiling. Its possible that we would have 3 re- mobs. The challenge is that the roof is sloped, which I believe that would mean that we would have to keep dropping the platform down to access the work areas. I would refer to you to see if the platform can be slightly sloped, so less drops. Let me know your thoughts. In regards to competent safety persons, how does it work? You provide an erector, and he signs off on it's completion. We would then need a daily safety person, correct, and would that be something you can/do provide? Lastly, I'd like to get your input about this awkward roof access corridor (shown on A57-25 and A84-71). It will be directly above the escalator and may need a separate work platform by itself. Your help and input is appreciated. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, comments, or concerns.
