I typed and re-typed this a few times to make sure it is professional with a few professional zings. I'm looping everyone in for your feedback. Any thoughts or feedback is appreciated. Frank, Thank you for the copies of the correspondence, I do have all of this information but it is helpful in this email. As we discussed at last weeks meeting, we have already release the GFRG products from Plasterform and took the liberty of releasing the GFRC bases as well. We have maintained since January that the pieces will begin being delivered in August, that has not changed from our discussions and was confirmed with Plasterform after we signed the contract. We do not have control or interest with the Headhouse project, our only focus is on the Ped Bridge B. I believe you are referencing the Plasterform schedule for production with Headhouse and PBB, also something we do not have control over. Our schedule has been deliberate and direct, irrespective of other SWJV projects or priorities with Plasterform. With that said, as you asked us to help provide some relief to the schedule. We coordinated getting pricing from 4 different GFRC manufacturers, including the recommended Corinthian Cast Stone, with the hopes that they would be able to ship the pieces here earlier and have them installed. CCS was able to accommodate the schedule, but as expected their cost was higher than Plasterform (still the lowest of the other prices). It was indicated during our last meeting that the increased cost is expected to be paid for by Spearhead, even though the request came from SWJV to help. If this is no longer an option, we request to be reimbursed for the time spent. Lastly, we have repeatedly requested a schedule from your office. The only schedule we have received indicates a start date of April and a completion date of November which came with Exhibit D of the contract Dated July 2018. As of our last meeting, there was a verbal indication that the concrete for the deck wont be poured until the 3rd week of June, and that we should expect to start 'July-ish'. Without knowing what is expected of us, we cannot expect to know what on time is considered. This is why we have taken the liberty to provide installation schedules, work sequencing, and solutions to help your office coordinate other trades. We have sent Plasterform the work sequence and installation schedule, and expect they should have the Bill of Materials shown on the last page of the R2 shop drawings shortly. I will let them know that you would like to have it by the 14th.
