Student Loan Refinancing If you an American Trust mortgage client, we invite you to refinance your student loan(s) with us. We have an exclusive offer for home owners with Bachelor and Graduate degrees. We have unique variable and fixed-rate financing programs to enable you to use the equity in your home to lower your interest rate and consolidate payments. Bachelor degree holders can finance up to 100 percent of the total value of their home, and graduate degree holders up to 125 percent. Spouses with student loans may be able to refinance both obligations.
