We work with a carefully selected panel of solicitors, allowing us to offer preferential rates for the legal services of our nominated providers within our fee structure. This means that only one inclusive fee is paid on the completion of the transaction, and there are no abort costs in the unfortunate instance where a sale does not complete in the final stages because a buyer pulls out at the eleventh hour.
