UTILITIES OPERATING OVERVIEW

City of Surrey operates seven public utilities:  Drainage  Parking  Roads & Traffic Safety  Sewer  Solid Waste & Recycling  Surrey City Energy  Water

The utilities operate under their respective Council approved Fiscal Policies. The Proposed Budgets for the Utilities reflect the strategic directions and initiatives identified in their 10-Year Servicing Plans. The approved 2016 Budgets are intended to improve the results of the various financial indicators defined under each Utility’s Goals.
