Objectives:

1. Describe the value and significance of pulse oximetry readings

2. Identify limitations and causes for false readings with pulse oximetry

3. Describe the value of non-invasive blood pressure devices

4. Identify appropriate times to use non-invasive blood pressure devices vs. manual blood pressure readings
