Parent Checklist

Please make sure you have done the following:

1. If your son is entitled to receive free School Meals, completed the appropriate section on the Admission Form. Remember you will need to provide evidence to Mrs Cox at the main office.

2.Returned the hard copy of the Admission Form to the Admissions Department, together with one recent passport-sized photograph and a copy of your son’s birth certificate. If he is not a British Citizen you must also enclose a copy of his passport together with any supporting vi- sas. If appropriate enclose a copy of the Change of Name Deed.

3.Written to the Head of Year 7 regarding any special medical circumstances

4.Booked your appointment with the Tiffin Shop—your Shop Reference Number was emailed to you with the link to this booklet and further information is on page 22

5.Noted important dates on your calendar –
