This transformation project should allow SoLocal to operate with estimated at around €120 million (full year effect) from 2020, significantly reduced fixed costs, to become more agile and to compared to the 2017 cost base, and should restore the Group’s return to profitable growth from 2019. The reduction in costs is ability to generate significant cash flows.
