BRECKENRIDGE DISTILLERY | GIN The distillery, situated at 9,600 feet above sea level, is the highest in the world. An American style gin created through a combination of botanical maceration and gin basket distillation. The base spirit is 100% neutral spirit distilled from grain. All of this is done in a custom built Vendome copper pot still. # 3 0 1 9 2 1 8 1 FOUR PILLARS | BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN Marc Darroze mainly sources from the region once known as the Grand Bas-Armagnac, but he has found gems in the Ténarèze such as Domaine de La Poste. The 1980 vintage was named the #1 spirit of 2015 by F. Paul Pacult. The newly released 1978 vintage from the same Domaine was bottled in January 2018 at 40 years of age. # 3 0 2 0 1 3 0 5 RANSOM SPIRITS | OLD TOM GIN Ransom Spirits, located in Sheridan, Oregon, was founded in 1997 by Tad Seestedt. Old Tom Gin is a historically accurate revival of the style of Gin in fashion during the mid-1800s and the golden age of American cocktails. The recipe was developed in collaboration with historian, author, and mixologist David Wondrich. The final distillation is run through an alembic pot still to preserve the maximum amount of aromatics, flavor and body. Only the "heart of the hearts" is retained for this bottling. # 3 0 1 3 3 0 9 6

Dating back more than 220 years, the winery is in its 10th generation and is run by Markus Huber. Five to 80 year old Grüner Veltliner vines are planted on a mix of limestone based soils. The grapes are crushed, macerated for six hours, fermented in stainless steel and aged on its lees for three months. The clarity and minerality of the wine is an expression of the climate and the vineyards from which they originate. # 3 0 1 9 7 1 8 9 FRITZ MÜLLER | SECCO MÜLLER-THURGAU DRY NV The Fritz Müller story began in 2009 with the idea to breathe new life into Müller-Thurgau. Fritz Müller is a Secco or Perlwein, a designation for a frizzante, a sparkling wine that has less CO2 than either Sekt or Champagne. Made from Müller-Thurgau, a cross of Riesling with Madeleine Royale. The wine produced displays substantial fruit character and very little acidity. # 3 0 1 3 9 7 0 6 BODEGAS BRECA | GARNACHA DE FUEGO 2016 100% Garnacha de Aragón, planted between 1945 and 1970, is sourced from mountain vineyards. The organic Gobelet trained vineyards are dry farmed, cultivated completely by hand, with minimal intervention. Fermentation takes place in concrete and stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast. The wine was aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks. # 3 0 1 9 8 9 7 9
