Kim Miedema recommended a policy that members be responsible for their guests who visit the island overnight but fail to pay their dockage. She also recommended that in addition to providing well receipts (with the rules on the back), a dated form (printed on bright paper) be displayed in the windows of visiting boats. Ron Draper recommended that our club policies be sent to the sponsors of incoming rendezvous or visiting groups before they visit the island. V/C Randy Pagel stated that he has identified a licensed builder for $500 to examine the clubhouse to comment on the structure and provide opinions for areas for improvement. MOTION: Moved by TomMartin and seconded by Ron Draper to approve the expense for the builder to examine the clubhouse and provide comments. Motion Carried Adjournment MOTION: Moved by Bill Calihan and seconded by R/C Ian Blackburn to adjourn the meeting.
