DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING POLICY – STATE SUPPLEMENT FOR CALIFORNIA

This Policy Supplement applies only to those Associates working in the state of California, excluding DOT- Drivers . Where state law requires greater or separate requirements than outlined in the Company’s Drug & Alcohol Testing Policy, this Supplement will be followed in accordance with California drug and alcohol testing law and regulations. Conditional Offers: Do not allow a Conditional Offer to begin work before the required pre-employment drug test results are received. Advance Warning: All individuals tested should be warned that purchasing medications outside the United States may cause a positive test result. Medical Marijuana

Be advised that even though the medical use of marijuana has been authorized in this state, employers have not been required to accommodate its use in the workplace. The Company will abide by all related state laws.

All California Associates must be given a copy of the Company’s Drug & Alcohol Testing policy along with this State Supplement and sign the Drug & Alcohol Testing Consent Form.
