Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Big Green Egg German Challenge powered by VcG here at the wonderful Wittelsbacher Golfclub. It is fantastic to be back in Germany again, a country which has a storied history of both hosting Challenge Tour events and producing players who have progressed through our Rankings to excel on the world stage. Wittelsbacher Golfclub is a venue which is undoubtedly fitting to host a Challenge Tour event and I know our players will love the test of golf and the hospitality on offer here in Bavaria. I must thank the Promoter, Deutsche Golf Sport, for their tireless work in bringing this event to fruition, along with our friends here at Wittelsbacher Golfclub, the German PGA, the German Golf Federation and all tournament partners for their support.
