Tell us a bit about FOG Organics. What does FOG stand for and how did it get started? FOG Organics, short for Fields of Green Organics, is a small cannabis farm located in Margate, PEI, which is quite literally a field of green cannabis plants. Someday, we hope to have multiple fields of green and live up to our name. Our founder, Don Mangos, began FOG Organics to keep active and spend time outdoors as he eased into retirement. He was always an avid gardener, growing most of his family’s produce, and believed that organic growing in living soil produces the best tasting food and cannabis while minimizing the impact on our environment. What is FOG’s signature product grown at its farm in Margate? FOG’s signature product is a sativa dominant hybrid called Bruce Banner that is craft-cured by a proprietary method, decades in the making, that produces a premium product.
