Expanded presence in Mexico ADDISONMCKEE has announced that it will relocate Eaton Leonard’s operations in Queretaro, Mexico, to a new manufacturing and distribution facility nearby, with nearly 24,000ft 2 . The building will provide a substantial increase in space over the company’s current location of 5,000ft 2 . AddisonMckee and Eaton Leonard currently employ approximately 300 associates around the world, and the upcoming expansion will, in time, increase the companies’ workforce in Mexico. The larger space will not only allow increased production capacity and efficiency of the end-forming product line, but will also provide the opportunity to stock consumable tooling and machine spare parts locally for the Mexican market. “Mexico is a vital region for AddisonMckee/Eaton Leonard and currently accounts for 10 per cent of North American sales,” commented Jim Sabine, president of AddisonMckee. “Our customers’ needs are constantly evolving and it is important that we grow with them.
