The anemic flathead has been swapped in favor of the sporty and reliable Chevrolet 350 small block which should make finding parts and performing maintenance much easier. The custom interior has also been upgraded with new carpet and upholstery. The steering wheel, gauge cluster, and other interior parts have been replaced with new parts that look right at home in this classic pickup. The exterior has also been restored, all sheet metal and paint appears to be in excellent condition and the bed floor has been replaced with new wood. Certain cosmetic upgrades including aluminum wheels and hood vents give this machine a sporty look that compliments the 5.7 engine under the hood.
