Auction Bidding Options By bidding at auction, whether in person or by agent, telephone or other means, the buyer or bidder agrees to be bound by the Conditions of Sale. We assume no responsibility for failure to execute bids for any reason whatsoever. Telephone Bidding If you are unable to attend the sale and require dditional flexibility over an absentee bid for a lot estimated in excess of $1000, Henderson Auctions is pleased to offer a telephone bidding facility for this sale, subject to availability. Should you wish to bid by telephone, please contact Tricia Ory at tricia@hendersonauctions.com no later than 3:00pm on Thursday, October 28th. Online Bidding and Bids Internet users may place absentee bids online from anywhere in the world. To place a bid online, please visit our website at www.HendersonMotorSeries.com . Payment Purchased vehicles will not be released until after the auction. Our payment and collection hours continue on Sunday, October 31st from 8am to 5pm, and again on Monday, November 1st from 8am to 5pm. All lots must be removed from the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum property no later than Tuesday, November 2nd at 3:00pm.A Bank Letter may be required for items to be removed. Check’s will not be accepted without a Bank letter of Guaranty. Henderson Auctions recommends anyone wishing to remove items (including motor vehicles) should immediatel pay by cash, certified check (bank draft), Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit or charge card in United States currency (4% Additional Fee for Credit Card Charges). Please note that payment made by personal or business check may result in property not being released until purchase funds clear our bank. A Bank Letter is RE- QUIRED for items to be removed. Check’s will not be accepted without a Bank letter of Guaranty For buyers wishing to pay by bank transfer, our bank details are as follows (please include your bidder number):

Buyer’s Premium and Taxes The final bid (hammer) price of each lot will be subject to a buyer’s premium. Onsite Auction Buyer’s Premium For VEHICLE property the premium is 10% on each item purchased. For MEMORABILIA and other non-motor vehicle property, the premium is 15% on each item purchased. Internet & Phone Bidding Auction Buyer’s Premium For VEHICLE property the premium is 13% on each item purchased. For MEMORABILIA and other non-motor vehicle property, the premium is 18% on each item purchased. Sales tax, if applicable, will be charged on the final total of the hammer price plus buyer’s premium. In order to be exempt from State sales tax (and license and documentation fees, as applicable), the buyer must possess a valid sellers permit/resale certificate number and must be a licensed motor vehicle dealer in the applicable state and furnish documentation of the same to Henderson Auctions prior to or at the time of purchase. Bidder Registration To recognize bidders during the sale, all intending buyers are required to complete a Bidder Registration Form before the sale which will enable them to bid by means of a number allocated to them.
